Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Vanisco application ("the App"), published by Volodymyr Martyniuk ("we", "us"), an individual developer. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions (including the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement).
2. Your content and responsibility
- You keep all rights to the photos you edit. We claim no ownership of your content.
- You are solely responsible for the photos you edit and how you use the results. Only edit images you have the right to edit, and do not use the App to infringe the rights of others (including copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights), to remove watermarks from content you do not own, or to create misleading content intended to deceive.
3. Purchases
Certain features may be offered as paid upgrades. Payments are handled by Apple through your App Store account; Apple's refund policies apply. All processing happens on your device — see our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated results may contain imperfections; we do not guarantee any particular editing outcome.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
